School-Based Mindfulness & Movement Program
Healthy Body, Peaceful Mindset is a school-based program that supports students and staff through mindfulness, movement, and stress management practices. Rooted in yoga therapy and aligned with SEL and PBIS frameworks, this program helps students build focus, emotional awareness, and self-regulation skills they can use throughout the school day.
Each session includes breathing practices, gentle movement, and guided reflection, giving students practical tools to manage stress, improve attention, and feel more calm and confident.

Earth Guardians: From Seed to Sky
An Earth Connection Experience for Students
Earth Guardians is a playful, movement-based experience designed for elementary students, inviting them to explore their connection to the Earth through breath, imagination, and mindful movement.
Through nature-inspired activities, children learn that caring for the planet begins with small, everyday choices. Students grow from “seed to sky,” move like trees and buzzing bees, and explore how their actions—like saving water, conserving energy, and walking gently on the Earth—can make a meaningful impact.
Woven throughout the experience are simple, accessible practices that support calm, focus, and emotional regulation. Students leave feeling grounded, connected, and empowered—with tools they can carry into both the classroom and their daily lives.
This program is offered directly in schools and can be held in classrooms, gym spaces, or outdoor settings. Sessions are 30–60 minutes and are best grouped by age (Kindergarten–5th grade).

Summer Mindfulness & Movement at Heart Shine Yoga is a seasonal program designed to support school-age children through mindful practices, gentle movement, and creative exploration. Rooted in yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system support, these sessions help children build focus, confidence, and emotional awareness in a fun and supportive environment.
Each session may include mindfulness practices, movement, breathing techniques, relaxation, and guided reflection, giving children tools to manage stress, connect with their bodies, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance during the summer months.
