IN PERSON + LIVE ZOOM CLASSES

  • Tuesday 7-8:15P: Restorative Yoga

This deeply restorative class is designed to support stress relief and nervous system balance. Through restorative postures, slow mindful movement, breath awareness, and extended rest, we create the conditions for the body to shift out of “doing” and into deep relaxation.

The practice emphasizes calming the nervous system, supporting the parasympathetic response, and releasing accumulated tension from both body and mind. Class includes gentle transitions, longer holds, guided imagery, and an extended relaxation (yoga nidra) to help restore energy, improve sleep, and cultivate a sense of ease and grounded calm.

This class is in high demand, Pre-registration required.

No prior yoga experience needed. All levels welcome.

  • Wednesday 6- 7:15P: Kundalini Yoga

This class is rooted in classical yoga, a powerful ancient practice that emphasizes self-awareness and inner reflection. Through the use of precise kriyas (sets of exercises/ movement), pranayama (breathing techniques), chanting (sound vibration), and active meditation, we engage the body, mind, and spirit as one.

Together, these practices support alignment of the whole person and invite a deeper connection to the heart. The class gently works with Kundalini energy; a dormant energy waiting to be awakened, encouraging clarity, vitality, and the unfolding of your authentic self.

Come as you are — leave shining from the inside out.

Some breathing techniques may not be appropriate for everyone. Please listen to your body and connect with the instructor, if you have any health concerns.

A dynamic and energizing vinyasa flow inspired by the qualities of the sun: radiance, vitality, and clarity. This practice is designed to awaken and transform energy into action. We'll use breath-led movement and creative sequencing to build strength and self-confidence.

Rooted in the energy of the Manipura chakra, this class invites you to reconnect with your inner fire through intentional movement and breath. Together, we’ll cultivate resilience and strengthen your inner drive in a way that feels grounded and approachable.
