TUESDAY 7-8:15P: Begins Jan 13th, 2026
This deeply restorative class is designed to support stress relief and nervous system balance. Through restorative postures, slow mindful movement, breath awareness, and extended rest, we create the conditions for the body to shift out of “doing” and into deep relaxation.
The practice emphasizes calming the nervous system, supporting the parasympathetic response, and releasing accumulated tension from both body and mind. Class includes gentle transitions, longer holds, guided imagery, and an extended relaxation (yoga nidra) to help restore energy, improve sleep, and cultivate a sense of ease and grounded calm.
No prior yoga experience needed. All levels welcome.

This class is rooted in classical yoga—a powerful ancient practice that emphasizes self-awareness, inner reflection, and heart-centered living. Through the use of precise kriyas (sets of exercises/ movement), pranayama (breathwork), chanting (sound vibration), and active meditation, we engage the body, mind, and spirit as one.
Together, these practices support alignment of the whole person and invite a deeper connection to the heart. The class gently works with Kundalini energy—a dormant energy waiting to be awakened—encouraging clarity, vitality, and the unfolding of your authentic self.
