Welcome to Heart Shine Yoga
Heart Shine Yoga is a heart-centered yoga studio rooted in compassion, connection, and the traditional teachings of yoga. Founded by Brett (Bebe) Kite in 2011, our mission has always been to make yoga accessible, supportive, and meaningful for all. After beginning in White Oak, PA, we are grateful to now call Versailles, PA our home, offering both in-person and virtual classes, yoga wellness programs, and private yoga therapy sessions.
Our classes are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are. Grounded in traditional yoga and informed by evidence-based practices, we blend mindful movement, breathing practices, relaxation, meditation to support healing, balance, and overall well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning to practice, or seeking therapeutic support, you’ll find a welcoming space and a class created with care—inviting you to breathe, move, and let your heart shine.

Brett (Bebe) Kite, RN, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500 is the founder of Heart Shine Yoga. With nearly 30 years of experience as a registered nurse and over 25 years of teaching yoga, Bebe brings a unique integration of clinical expertise and the healing practices of yoga. Her foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training was completed through the Himalayan Institute, grounding her work in the science, philosophy, and traditions of classical yoga, with a strong emphasis on traditional Hatha Yoga.
For nearly two decades, Bebe worked alongside Dr. Dean Ornish and colleagues in the Ornish Lifestyle Medicine Program, serving in both clinical and leadership roles. Her primary focus was as a stress management specialist, supporting individuals living with heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic conditions through evidence-based yoga, meditation, and lifestyle practices. As a senior trainer, she educated yoga teachers, yoga therapists, and healthcare professionals in safe, effective protocols for chronic illness, and has developed mindfulness and wellness programs for corporations, schools, and community organizations nationwide.

Kathy Davis is a certified yoga teacher, mentor, and guide with over 15 years of dedicated practice in Kundalini yoga and meditation. Since beginning her practice in 2008, this sacred technology has been central to how she lives and teaches, offering tools for resilience, clarity, and grace through life’s challenges.
In Spring 2017, Kathy earned her Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) under the guidance of Guru Purkh Singh, M.D., and lead teacher Kartar Singh Khalsa, founder of The Golden Temple Academy in Barcelona, Spain, organized by Mooshi Healing Arts. In August 2024, she further expanded her training by completing her Teacher Certification in Sundari Integral Yoga with Carmen and Eugen Mitroi, founders of the Sundari Integral Yoga School in Albufeira, Portugal.
Her teaching style is therapeutic, intuitive, and mentorship-driven, creating a supportive space where students feel empowered and deeply seen. Classes are often described as energetic, heartfelt, spiritual, deeply healing, and transformational. She is passionate about helping students reconnect with their inner wisdom, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate sustainable well-being on and off the mat.
It is an honor for her to walk alongside students as they deepen their practice, heal, and grow.

Jessica Morgan is a teacher who believes yoga should feel like a sweet sigh, not a performance. Her work is rooted in mindful movement and holistic care, drawing from her background in yoga, massage therapy, Reiki, and essential oils. She loves helping people slow down, tune in, and feel more comfortable in their bodies, exactly as they are.
Jessica’s classes are intentionally unhurried, supportive, and grounded in listening to what your body needs that day (which may be very different from what it needed yesterday). She encourages curiosity over perfection, rest when it’s helpful, and the radical idea that you’re doing yoga “right” simply by showing up. Her hope is that you leave class feeling calmer, more connected, and a little more at ease in your own skin. -
