Welcome to Heart Shine Yoga
We are a heart-centered space for healing, connection, and transformation, rooted in the traditional lineages of yoga and grounded in evidence-based care. Founded in 2011 by Brett “Bebe” Kite, our offerings are informed by nearly three decades of experience in holistic wellness, yoga therapy, and lifestyle medicine.
We specialize in stress management, somatic embodiment practices, nervous system regulation, and yoga therapy. Our classes are intentionally designed to support restorative healing, whole-body balance, and stress relief, helping you gently shift from overwhelm into ease and resilience.
This is more than a yoga space—it’s a place to restore and reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit, while being held in a supportive and welcoming community. Here, all paths, all hearts, all beings are welcome.
Whether you’re navigating stress, supporting your health, or seeking a deep meaningful practice, you’ll be met with skill, compassion, and care.
We invite you to return to yourself—and let your heart shine.

Brett “Bebe” Kite, RN, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, is a registered nurse and certified yoga therapist with nearly three decades of experience in healthcare, mindfulness, and yoga. She is the founder of Heart Shine Yoga where she offers yoga therapy and integrative wellness programs that support healing, stress management, and transformation.
Rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga through the Himalayan Institute, her work is guided by the belief that the body holds an innate wisdom and a natural capacity to move toward healing when supported through breath, embodied movement, relaxation, meditation, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Bebe spent nearly two decades working alongside Dr. Dean Ornish in the Ornish Lifestyle Medicine Program as a stress management specialist and later served as a senior faculty member, training healthcare professionals and yoga teachers in evidence-based protocols for chronic disease reversal. She has also developed mindfulness and wellness programs for schools, corporations, and community organizations nationwide and contributed to Eat Right Now, a leading mindfulness-based behavior change program. She currently serves on the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) Accreditation Program Review Committee.
Her classes are trauma-informed and therapeutic in nature, integrating conscious movement, breathing techniques, imagery, deep relaxation (yoga nidra), and meditation to support nervous system regulation, heart health, and reconnection to the body’s innate wisdom.

Kathy Davis is a certified yoga teacher, mentor, and guide with over 15 years of dedicated practice in Kundalini yoga and meditation. Since beginning her practice in 2008, this sacred technology has been central to how she lives and teaches, offering tools for resilience, clarity, and grace through life’s challenges.
In Spring 2017, Kathy earned her Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) under the guidance of Guru Purkh Singh, M.D., and lead teacher Kartar Singh Khalsa, founder of The Golden Temple Academy in Barcelona, Spain, organized by Mooshi Healing Arts. In August 2024, she further expanded her training by completing her Teacher Certification in Sundari Integral Yoga with Carmen and Eugen Mitroi, founders of the Sundari Integral Yoga School in Albufeira, Portugal.
Her teaching style is therapeutic, intuitive, and mentorship-driven, creating a supportive space where students feel empowered and deeply seen. Classes are often described as energetic, heartfelt, spiritual, deeply healing, and transformational. She is passionate about helping students reconnect with their inner wisdom, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate sustainable well-being on and off the mat.
It is an honor for her to walk alongside students as they deepen their practice, heal, and grow.

Jessica Morgan is a teacher who believes yoga should feel like a sweet sigh, not a performance. Her work is rooted in mindful movement and holistic care, drawing from her background in yoga, massage therapy, Reiki, and essential oils. She loves helping people slow down, tune in, and feel more comfortable in their bodies, exactly as they are.
Jessica’s classes are intentionally unhurried, supportive, and grounded in listening to what your body needs that day (which may be very different from what it needed yesterday). She encourages curiosity over perfection, rest when it’s helpful, and the radical idea that you’re doing yoga “right” simply by showing up. Her hope is that you leave class feeling calmer, more connected, and a little more at ease in your own skin. -
